• Hello everyone! We hope you have found the call for abstracts for our upcoming biennial conference both exciting and novel. We look forward to seeing you in México soon. Both the Organizing Committee and the ISMMS’ board are keeping a close eye on the COVID pandemic in Mexico. In preparation for our event, we wanted to inform you that the conference will require all participants to wear masks while participating in the event in order to minimize infection risks. We will continue to monitor the COVID situation for the conference, as we look forward to seeing each other and sharing our research in the safest way possible.
• The call for abstracts is now available in the section entitled "Call for Proposals". The submission deadline is January 10, 2022. We look forward to receiving your proposals!
• The call to present proposals for the 5th. Biennial Research Conference will be published soon, February 2021.
• Meet the headquarters in Mexico City for the 5th. Biennial Research Conference. The Colegio de San Ildefonso is a historical museum built in the 16th century and is considered part of the University’s heritage. It houses, in addition to permanent and temporary exhibitions, an outstanding set of murals made between 1922 and 1940 by the most prominent artists of Mexican muralism, such as Diego Rivera, José Clemente Orozco, and David Alfaro Siqueiros, among others. • Both the UNAM authorities who organize this International Conference, as well as the ISMMS Board, are aware of and work together in making timely decisions in relation to the current SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic. Considering the current panorama, it is estimated that we can still hold our event in the date established, June 2022. Any eventuality will be notified by this means in a timely manner.
